Shipment for An Order with More Than One Item
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Due to the fact that different shipping options are available, we sometimes don't send all products together. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
Order Cancellation
Contact us if you need to cancel your order before the product has been produced or shipped. You will receive a full refund if the order is canceled. If the product has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If it is not a quality problem, the shipped goods will not be canceled.
About Customs, Duties, & Taxes
Whenever you order Thevan Lashes products, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is lawfully imported into the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
